SOCIAL GARDEN
The Project
Our organization cares about the development of the local area. This is where the idea of the community garden was born! In 2021, we inaugurated a community space that extends beyond our fields. The community garden is a dynamic and supportive project that, through collaboration with schools and associations, actively supports the development of the Sarno area. All of the community garden's produce is donated to charity.
Schools
We're opening our farm to children! We collaborated with middle school students from Sarno and got our hands dirty with them, preparing the garden.
We also discussed seasonality, planting seasonal vegetables; respect for the environment, a key topic these days; and the importance of agriculture both for regional development and as a means of feeding an ever-growing world population.
